 A:24 months since delivery date warranty for every heat pump, and 18 months since 
 delivery date warranty for every water tank For agency/distributor or any other kind of 
 long-term cooperation, we can offer longer and better warranty as discussed and con-

   Q:lf we have a new design of a heat pump, can Haipeng produce for us?

 A:Yes of course, we offer OEM service for customers. You only need to provide us the tech. 
 nical nformation, Our engineers will design the whole heat pump according to the techni- 
 cal information you provide, and at the same time control the cost and the price. As to the 
 MOQ, it depends on how dificult the OEM project, as well as the possibility this OEM 
 heat pump would be promising.
